Click here for remote access to your computer. Note that your computer must be on and remote access enabled. You must use Internet Explorer for e-mail and remote access. Firefox will not work. How to get rid of the security certificate warning Note that when you go to the site, you will be warned that there is a problem with the security certificate.
Click on Continue to this website (not recommended). The error has to do with the set up of the server and is not a security issue. Once you click to continue, you will see the following:
If you would like to prevent the security certificate error from appearing, follow these steps: Click on the Certificate Error
window. You’ll be presented with a window indicating that the certificate is invalid. Click on the View Certificates link at the bottom of the window.
